Payment

Payment methods include: Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. All credit card purchases are processed through Paypal though you don't need a Paypal account to complete the transaction. If you're having trouble processing payment through Paypal, please contact me, I am here to help!

TO ALL INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: additional customs duties/tariffs/taxes may apply to your order. Every country is different, so please speak with your mail service if you have any questions.

Note to customers in California: there will be a 9.75% sales tax addition to your purchase total.

Shipping

If your order is a gift going directly to the recipient, I can include a personal message card from you for no extra charge. If you would like this service please let me know what you would like me to write (to fit on a postcard) in the "message to seller" during checkout.

I ship almost exclusively through the United States Postal Service. All domestic shipments include delivery confirmation.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please contact me within 5 working days of receiving your package. I will do my best to resolve the problem quickly. Refunds and exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis.
